Welcome,
my name is Neill Summers and I am the service manager at Willow Tree Counselling Service based in March, Cambridgeshire.
I am a qualified therapeutic counselling practitioner and a member of the BACP.
I have vast experience in managing counsellors and working with and supporting children, young people and vulnerable adults.

About Willow Tree Counselling Service

The service has been recently formed by myself, bringing together an experienced group of therapeutic counsellors all of whom are passionate about helping and supporting people experiencing a multitude of issues within everyday life.
We have many years experience of working together in an integrative approach to counselling and therefore can offer counselling support in a variety of ways from talking therapy to working creatively and experientially whilst offering approaches such as person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Armed Forces Support

I personally have over 10 years military experience and can offer support to both Serving and Ex military personnel as well as their family members with general life problems, anger, bereavement (loss & grief), crises, separation issues, mental health & PTSD.

(The service is a member of the 'Defence Discount Service', please contact for fees).

Community Counselling Support

The service can offer specialist counselling support for children, young people, adults and the elderly in issues regarding:
General issues in life, addictions, anger, anxiety, abuse (domestic, mental, physical or sexual), bereavement (loss & grief), depression, health & wellbeing, Relationships, stress & work related issues.

Fees:

£40 - per individual session.

£50 - Couples Session.

Support in Education for Children, Young People, Teaching and Support Staff

The service is a provider within the Cambridgeshire County Council Directory for alternate provision for schools.
The service is also able to provide counselling services within primary schools (preventative measure) and secondary schools (early intervention measure) with regards to mental health issues.
The service can also provide counselling support and training for educational staff.

Training Support

The service offers CPD training in the following areas.

Counselling -
Addiction, anger, working with gender identity, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) & collective hoarding, personal resilience & stress management.

Schools/Educational and Support Staff -
Mental Illness, Supporting Children & Young People in an Educational Setting
